2011 Nestum Cookies

Preparation time = 45 minutes, Baking time = 20 minutes

Ingredients A:

150g butter

80g castor sugar

1 tbsp condensed milk

1 egg yolk

1/2 tbsp vanilla

Ingredients B (sifted together):

200g plain flour

50g cornflour

1/8 tbsp salt

Some crushed Nestum

Method:

1) Cream butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and egg yolk. Mix well. Add vanilla.

2) Fold in B and mix into a soft dough.

3) Spoon dough onto crushed Nestum and shape into balls. Press till flat about 3-4mm. Place onto a greased baking sheet.

4) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree celcius till golden brown. Cool and store in air-tight tin.
