This year I plan to make different cookies for CNY. In total 24 containers. Because my aunty from USA will come back on 21st Jan, I will need to bake more cookies for her to bring back to USA for my parents and relatives there. Last weekends, I had baked 9 bottles of 2 types cookies- Nestum cookies & Almod Biscotti. But unfortunately, 2 bottles (Almod Biscotti) failed. The roasted whole almonds are so expensive and yet I spoilt them :(
This weekends I'm going to bake somemore. Hopefully everything will go smoothly. Pictures to be uploaded soon....
